A good breakfast does help to start the day the greatest way. I like eating good food and decided to have it freshly cut and prepared everyday… as much as I can though… you know how busy this life can be!

Bread, Avocado, Cheese, Nuts, Honey

So, today in my Avocado and Honey series, I tried combining ingredients that could taste great together, in my opinion, and that are also good for health.

Here is the list:

  • Bread
  • Peanut butter
  • Blueberry goat cheese
  • Strawberry cottage cheese
  • Avocado
  • Nuts (almond, cashew, brazilian, pecan)
  • Honey

I enjoyed the taste of all of them together, and the health benefits each provides.
